Laser interferometer

SIOS Meßtechnik GmbH

SIOS Meßtechnik GmbH manufactures laser interferometric and other precision measuring instruments for measuring lengths, angles, vibrations and derived quantities such as mass, force and pressure. They work mainly on the basis of miniaturized laser interferometers. These fiber-optic-coupled linear encoders (made of aluminum, steel or invar) with the enormous resolution of down to 0.1 nm are very stable and accurate due to the use of a frequency-stabilized HeNe laser as light source and the correction of environmental influences relevant to the wavelength.

Laser Systems

Lighthouse Photonics Inc.

Lighthouse Photonics is a pioneer in providing sealed, turn-key, cost-effective, diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) lasers for scientific research, industrial manufacturing and life sciences. Products include Sprout™ – a high-power, CW DPSS green laser for precision applications including pumping of all types of Ti:Sapphire laser: femtosecond, picosecond and CW.

Laser Systems

Quantum Light Instruments

Quantum Light Instruments, Ltd. (QLI) was founded in 2014 by laser scientists and engineers with more than 40 years accumulated experience in lasers and photonics industry and is located in Vilnius, capital city of Lithuania.

They are designing and producing compact, diode-pumped, air-cooled (and water-free!), passively or actively Q-switched, diode-pumped, solid-state lasers and accessories for them (harmonics generators, OPOs, Raman shifters, attenuators, energy monitors, fiber couplers etc.). Quantum Light Instruments are focusing on bringing DPSS laser technology into types of applications that require pulse energy up 200 mJ at relatively low pulse repetition rates (typically in the range of 10-100 Hz).

QLI key innovation is water-free laser crystal cooling technology combined with laser diode end-pumping. Absence of water resulted in single box, compact, user-friendly turnkey laser that requires little maintenance. There are no chillers or bulky power supplies that one needs to fit under the table. The only external module is mains adapter.

Spectroscopy

Photon Systems Inc.

Since beginning full time operation in June 1999, Photon Systems has focused on the development of two new unique classes of deep ultraviolet (DUV) laser sources as well as analytical and biotechnology sciences instruments enabled by these innovative new laser technologies. The new DUV laser technologies include both hollow cathode and semiconductor devices. This new instrument technologies enabled by these lasers include targeted ultraviolet chemical sensors (TUCS) which include an integrated combination of UV resonance fluorescence and/or resonance Raman sensors, photoluminescence (PL) spectrometers, and UV resonance Raman spectrometers (UVRRS).

In addition, Photon Systems has developed methods for employing its DUV laser technologies for use in other instrumental methodologies such as laser induced resonance fluorescence detectors for capillary electrophoresis and liquid chromatography instruments, flow cytometers, and other instrumental methodologies.
