Looking for the best professional hexapod – high resolution with small size included? Or is your work area ever upside down? No problem for our BORA Hexapod! It can be operated in any orientation, whether upside down, vertical or horizontal.

Our BORA Hexapod is a very compact parallel kinematic system with 6 degrees of freedom and is perferctly suited for positioning and adjusting precision elements. A resolution of up to 0.1μm can be achieved.

Especially the very demanding criteria of optics and nanotechnologies in terms of resolution, accuracy, stability or size can be met with the BORA Hexapod. Due to its small dimensions, it can also be used where space is limited. This includes, for example, the tip of a goniometer in a synchrotron beamline or an optical ground device for aligning and calibrating space optics.

The BORA hexapod is manufactured from aluminum, steel and stainless steel. As an option, we also offer a solution for clean room applications, vacuum applications or low temperature compatibility (down to -40°C).
