PI Mars YXZ-Table with a travel range up to 300x300x300µm are without play thanks to high precision guidings. With the help of the parallel cinematics and the digital electronic, a multiaxes nanometric precision is achieve and each axe's error is reduced. The capacitive sensors' linearity is < 0.03%.
